Heatherhill Lodge is a luxury 3-4 bedroom detached house in Letterfrack with views of Diamond hill in the distance.
The grounds surrounding the house are well maintained with maturing hedging providing privacy for the residents. To the rear of the property there is a patio area with a timber structure that can be enjoyed during a hot summers evening for a barbeque. To the front, the house is finished tastefully with tarmac.
Heather Hill Lodge, which has recently been constructed to the highest of standards, is a beautifully decorated and presented 3 / 4 bed detached residence, offering a modern open plan living layout, and contains superior fixtures and fittings .
Standing on it’s own private grounds, the property is situated within a short stroll of the lovely village of Letterfrack. Letterfrack is a thriving village on the main Clifden to Westport road, the two largest tourist destinations in the Connemara area. This former Quaker village is in the heart of the Connemara National Park which is dominated by Diamond Hill. The village boasts the G.M.I.T furniture college and a public library service, lively bars and restaurants and shops.
The accommodation consists of the following:
Large sitting/dining room with open fire. Three bedrooms, one double with ensuite, a second double and a twin bedroom with ensuite. Bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi bath. Kitchen and dining area. Outside patio with barbecue and outdoor seating.
The cottage has all mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, and microwave. Satellite TV, video, cassette and radio. Cot is available on request.
